Enjoying much of the revision process this time through. It’s so different than writing a draft or polishing a manuscript, much more structural, thus the visual analogy above. Some words get moved, some get ditched, some get written. Then more polishing, so that the seams don’t show.
I wouldn’t want to do this all the time, but it’s kind of a nice break from the first draft routine.
